PMA Associate Professor Austin Bunn’s new short documentary film Campfire debuted last week on ShortoftheWeek.com. In Campfire, a straight married man heads to a gay campground to find his long-lost love – and discovers the past isn’t done with him yet.
The film follows “a composite central character, Carl,” writes Rob Munday for Short of the Week, “and a film that seamlessly blends “interview and drama, fact and fiction... As we root for Carl, we become invested not only in his story but also in the campsite itself – an important place many would not have known existed before Campfire.”
